All products available on our website, including AutoCAD DWG files, PDF files, architectural plans, structural drawings, templates, and reference materials, are digital products.
No physical products are shipped or delivered.
Once the payment is successfully completed, the purchased digital product may be made available immediately through a download link, post-payment page, or registered email address.
Due to the nature of digital products, downloaded or accessed products cannot be physically returned.
Once a customer has successfully received access to a digital product, the order is generally considered final and is not eligible for return.
We generally do not provide refunds or cancellations after successful payment and delivery/access to the digital product.
However, a refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
The payment was successfully deducted but the digital product was not delivered.
The download link is permanently unavailable due to a technical issue on our website.
The purchased file is technically corrupted or unusable due to an error from our side, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
A duplicate payment was accidentally made for the same product.
Any refund request will be reviewed individually by our support team.
If you experience a problem with downloading, opening, or accessing your purchased files, please contact us before requesting a refund.

Our digital drawings, plans, templates, and reference materials are provided for educational, conceptual, drafting, and reference purposes.
Customers are responsible for independently verifying the suitability of any purchased material for their specific project, site conditions, local building regulations, municipal requirements, structural requirements, and professional standards.
Purchase of a digital product does not constitute professional engineering, architectural, structural, legal, or construction approval.
If you have been charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment processing error, please contact us with the relevant payment details.
After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway processing and applicable policies.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other payment service provider.
